The Importance Of Fat


There is no denying the icon of healthy is one who is high in muscle and low in body fat percentage, and every decade there is a new spin on what is good or bad. So let s take a break from fad diets and miracles to ensure we can get clarity on what works for our body. As we battle the bulge let s not forget that fat is a part of life. Too much of any one thing is never a good thing. What we have experienced since the 80s is a rise in processed foods. That is essentially 40-year-old research…outdated!
